Kingdom Boxing – Privacy Policy

Kingdom Boxing (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the Kingdom Boxing mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1) Information We Collect

A. Account Information

When you sign up or log in, we collect:

• Email address
• Account identifier (UID) provided by Firebase Authentication

B. Training & Performance Data

The App allows you to track training and performance. Depending on features you use, we may collect and store:

• Training sessions (e.g., strength & conditioning, circuits, sparring trackers)
• Progress tracking and performance metrics
• Nutrition logs and suggestion inputs (if used)
• Mindset / check-in responses (if used)

This data may be stored in Cloud Firestore under your account to enable access across devices and to support app features (e.g., dashboards, training hub, analytics).

C. Content You Upload

If you upload images (e.g., profile photo or registration images), we collect:

• Photos/images you choose to upload

These are stored using Firebase Storage.

D. Device/App Diagnostic Data

We may process basic technical information required for app operation and stability (e.g., app version). We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

2) How We Use Your Information

• Create and manage your account
• Provide training and performance features
• Store and display your progress, training hub, and analytics
• Store and retrieve user-uploaded images
• Maintain app security and prevent abuse

We do not sell your personal information.

3) Where Your Data Is Stored

We use Google Firebase services:

• Firebase Authentication for login
• Cloud Firestore for training data, profiles, progress logs, and app feature data
• Firebase Storage for uploaded images/media

Your data is associated with your account (UID).

4) Sharing of Information

We do not share your personal information with third parties except:

• Service providers required to operate the app (e.g., Google Firebase)
• Where required by law or to protect safety, rights, and security

5) Data Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including secure authentication and encrypted network transmission where applicable. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

6) Your Choices & Deletion

• Sign out at any time
• Request deletion of your account and associated cloud data by contacting us
• Remove locally stored data by uninstalling the app (note: cloud data remains until deletion is requested)

7) Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 without parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be available at the policy URL provided in the Play Store listing.
