These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Independent Boxing Samoa mobile application (the "App") and related services (the "Services"). The Services are provided by Kingdom Boxing NZ ("we", "us", "our").
By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You may use the App at any age. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
The App supports the Independent Boxing Samoa program and related athlete registration, information sharing, and media, and may be used by serious sports people, particularly amateur boxers. The App is not medical or legal advice.
You agree to provide accurate, complete information and keep it current. You are responsible for the information you submit, including athlete details and media.
Participation in boxing and training carries inherent risks. You are responsible for ensuring you are medically fit to train or compete and that you have obtained any required medical clearance. We do not provide medical advice or oversight.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute content you upload (including photos) for program administration, promotion, and participation in the App. You represent that you have the rights to any content you upload and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
If the App includes paid features, fees are listed in the App or associated pages. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable. If a refund policy is published elsewhere, it will control.
You agree not to misuse the App, including by:
The App may rely on third-party services (such as payment, analytics, or cloud providers). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and policies.
We and our licensors own all rights to the App and Services. Except for the limited rights granted to you, no rights are transferred.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or if required for operational or legal reasons.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Samoa. If you are in New Zealand or Australia, mandatory consumer protections under local law still apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you in the App or through other reasonable means. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
